As reported here first three months ago, Bessemer Circuit Judge Dan Judge today made it official and switched to the Democratic party.
King was one of five Republican judges in the state that made the move.
He was joined by District Judge Eric Fancher.
Also in Jefferson County, Circuit Judge Virginia Vinson and District Judge Sheldon Watkins switched.
