The worst part is that council attorney Greg Harris, who was supposed to be fired last year, still has a job. But he didn't show up for the meeting. Something about his mother being ill.
Maybe the dog ate the homework. Oh dear.

Is there is lazier, dumber group of creatures in existence?
The most excitement was probably watching Alexander tell Cochran when to speak and when not to - or watching her roll her eyes. HA!
